In the second session, with my patient compliant and Stockholm Syndrome setting in nicely, I wanted to ease her into anesthesia as slowly as possible, so I could watch her consciousness slowly fade from her eyes - then just watch her for a while fully anesthetized, with no thought or feeling, her life completely mine to control and in my hands alone...
