I love my Sleepy Girl so much! I love everything about looking after her and keeping her asleep and healthy. Fucking her is just the icing on the cake - often I will just sit with her for hours, filming her, fine-tuning her anesthesia, adjusting her fluids and nutrients. I do everything for her, her precious life entirely in my hands - lovely. I am determined that she shall neither wake nor die.
